Quality Assurance Expectations for Affiliated Centres
- Adherence to Ethical Standards
All affiliated centres are expected to uphold OBPUK’s code of ethical conduct, ensuring that all business operations, teaching practices, and learner interactions are conducted with integrity, professionalism, and transparency. - Support for OBPUK Objectives
Centre management must align with and support OBPUK’s CPD policies, procedures, and programme objectives, promoting consistency and quality in the delivery of all courses. - Adequate Resources
Centres are required to maintain appropriate systems, facilities, and resources to effectively deliver OBPUK CPD programmes. This includes qualified instructors, administrative support, and any tools necessary for course delivery, assessment, and learner engagement. - Delivery, Assessment, and Learner Support
Affiliated centres must implement robust and transparent processes for programme delivery, learner assessment, and ongoing support. This ensures that all CPD learners experience high standards, achieve their learning objectives, and receive guidance throughout their professional development journey. - Continuous Quality Monitoring
OBPUK conducts annual reviews, verification of assessment samples, and other quality audits to ensure that centres maintain standards, adhere to policies, and continually improve programme delivery. Centres are also expected to have local recognition or accreditation where applicable, further strengthening the credibility of OBPUK CPD programmes.
