Programme Overview

The Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management aims to provide an opportunity for students to gain appropriate professional qualifications within the field of personnel/human resource management. It also aims to provide an opportunity for obtaining higher education qualifications, including access to a Masters level award for those who seek it.

The 12 month full-time Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management are aimed at practising and aspiring human resource professionals seeking to develop their knowledge, skills and understanding of human resource activities.

Entry Requirements

A student with a degree level qualification or equivalent taught in English would be able to enrol for a Post Graduate course. OBP also accepts higher education qualifications .i.e. Higher Level Diplomas and relevant work experience subject to centre assessment and approval.

Student must able to speak and understand English. An IELTS score band 6 would be ideal for Post Graduate Programmes.
